SHIPPING & DELIVERY at Tarp Warehouse Sales

 When you place an order with Tarp Warehouse Sales,  the freight cost will be included at the checkout. 

To keep things simple, we charge $9.50 freight for items under 30kg.
For items over 30kg, the freight charge is $19.50.  
Over 100kg, the freight charge is $39.00. 150kg and over is $58.50.

We ship to any street address in Australia.  Regretfully, we're not able to ship to PO boxes. 

Please ensure you include a daytime contact telephone number with your order.

Returns

In the unlikely event a purchased item is found to be defective it can be returned for replacement or full refund. Please contact us in the first instance so we can best understand any issue.
 

Where you have purchased an item in error or where you have changed your mind returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The item including packaging, must be in a new / unused condition. Return freight will be at your expense.
