TARPAULINS

Your Tarp is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. 

The warranty period is:

• Medium Duty Blue: 1 Year
  
  
• Heavy Duty Silver Black: 3 Years
  
  
• Heavy Duty Silver Black D-Ring: 4 Years
  
  
• Industrial Duty : 5 Years

The warranty covers the replacement of any tarp that is defective.  If you discover a defect in the tarp during the warranty period and wish to obtain a replacement, please forward to us a written description of the claimed defect and a copy of the original invoice. Costs incurred in making the warranty claim are at the cost of the consumer.

Warranty is void where the defect results the abuse or misuse of the tarp, such as puncture or damage caused from excessive wind or heat. 

Warranty does not cover continuous prolonged exposure to sunlight for a period greater than:

• Heavy Duty Silver Black: 2 Years
  
  
• Heavy Duty Silver Black D-Ring: 3 Years
  
  
• Industrial Duty : 4 Years

SHADE CLOTH

We warrant your Shade Cloth to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty for the specified warranty period commencing from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers the replacement of any shade cloth that is defective (unless those defects result from: altering or modifying of the shade cloth, improper use, abuse or misuse of the shade cloth, such as over tensioning, incorrect installation, or damage caused by high winds or heat).

This warranty does not cover colour fading of the shade cloth or deterioration of the fabrics chemical composition due to exposure to ultra-violet rays, damage to the shade cloth due to exposure to chemicals (including chlorine), or placement near open flame (including barbecues).

If you discover a defect in the shade cloth during the warranty period and wish to obtain a replacement, please forward to TARP WAREHOUSE SALES at the address below a written description of the claimed defect and a copy of the original invoice. Any expenses incurred by the consumer in making the warranty claim are at the cost of the consumer. 

GENERAL

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
